"I’ve been with them for 12 years and used to highly recommend them to everyone. Rates have been steadily increasing and service has gone downhill. Had a horrible experience with their preferred dealer last year and my car is still not fixed properly. No longer recommending State Farm."

"Very disappointed with State Farm and their adjusters they have sent out adjusters the first one lost all the pictures. The guy froze on the roof. Couldn’t do the job as my husband to do it. My husband had a help him get down. Send out another one for the roof only. another one came out for the roof wants to know what the first one said now today another one is coming out to redo everything and I asked how are you going to see all the damage that was on the ground when the guy lost all the pictures he said, we work with what we got very very annoying and disappointed call John Barron‘s office. They said they can’t do anything. It’s up to the adjusters to handle the claim. Been with this man for over 20 years and this is how we get treated."

"Called John Barron’s office to see why my rate went up. Spoke with the office manager, I stated I did not receive any communication. She proceeded to talk to me in a very demeaning way and said communication was sent. She explained why it went up which is understandable, everything is going up. I did asked why I was spoken to like that, she stated I was accusing them of not sending communication. I was caught off guard by that and said I was not accusing of anything just simply saying I did not receive anything, but I did not appreciate being spoken too like that and she said it’s not my fault how you perceive my tone. Asked to speak to someone else and she said there is no one else as she is the office manager. Bummed it happened this way but I will be finding a new insurer."

"I am still with State Farm and have been with them for I believe over 40 years, they are a great company, way above average service and fair premiums. However, John Barron is the worst agent I have ever known. Multiple problems, and I almost had my auto insurance cancelled by State Farm because I had changed phone numbers and the Barron office was unable to call and get some info State Farm wanted, and although John Barron's office had my email and address they were too lazy to send the necessary notification about this info and the first clue that there was a problem was a refund check from State Farm for my premium. And once I discovered the issue, the office moved like molasses to correct it and required my constant oversight. Talking to Mr. Barron was useless, I got a bunch of soothing platitudes but no action."
