"I wish I could do WAY more than write a review for Erica! This wonderful woman lifted one of the biggest weights off of my shoulders. As a single mom, I struggled finding affordable car insurance. I waited for a moment that I had the chance to pay for a renewal and I didn't want to wait until Monday to renew my insurance. Erica welcomed me into her office 30 mins before closing down for this 3 day weekend and not once did I feel rushed at all!! She is so personable and understanding. After explaining what I couldn't afford but planned to pay she told me not to worry and gave me a quote that was so low I asked to make sure I had full coverage... ( IM SERIOUS I STARTED CRYING!!!) she reassured me and showed me ALL of the benefits which made me cry even more! She handed me tissues and gave me the biggest hug. Just an outstanding woman and a blessing to me. I cant believe how easy and fast I got affordable car insurance today... Thank you State Farm and THANK YOU SO MUCH Erica!! "Called John Barron’s office to see why my rate went up. Spoke with the office manager, I stated I did not receive any communication. She proceeded to talk to me in a very demeaning way and said communication was sent. She explained why it went up which is understandable, everything is going up. I did asked why I was spoken to like that, she stated I was accusing them of not sending communication. I was caught off guard by that and said I was not accusing of anything just simply saying I did not receive anything, but I did not appreciate being spoken too like that and she said it’s not my fault how you perceive my tone. Asked to speak to someone else and she said there is no one else as she is the office manager. Bummed it happened this way but I will be finding a new insurer."
